+ Great location great breakfast - Difficult to park but not hotels fault

+ The hotel just opened, everything looked new. The decoration is very beautiful and attractive. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent location in relation to city centre and public transport. - Did not have iron. Does not have bath either.

+ Fantastic hotel, we knew what to expect and so weren't shocked by the size of the room (-which was easily adequate btw). in-room facilities were good and hotels location was excellent, with all the main tourist sites the same (walking) distance away. - Did not have any trouble finding it, you just need to keep looking at the intercoms...it is signed.

+ Staff were very helpful, room was very nice and clean - Bed was very hard, entrance to hotel hard to find, breakfast was very minimal

+ The staff were very helpful and friendly. we left our camera behind and they are still holding it for us. - The rooms are very very small and dark without ventilation. the tv only has local spanish channels. no drinking water provided.

+ Excellent location and bedroom clean. - "hotel" very difficult to find.more apartment (with light continental breakfast)than an hotel.two toilet seats were loose and shower trays(slatted wood)looked dirty and there was a damp smell from the shower.

+ The staff were lovely and very helpful. nice to have something for breakfast as other hotels did not offer this. i liked the location, its close enough to walk to a number of hot spots. - I would not take this as negative, but due to some problem there was no hot water, this was compensated for by charging half price for the stay, which turned out to be very cheap then. if i had paid full price i would have been abit disappointed. it's not easy to know where the front door is when you first go in and where to knock. the lady downstairs must get irritated. nice to have something for breakfast but we got abit fed up of only croissants, yoghurt and fruit.

+ The hotel was in a fantastic location, near to the main shopping street and 2 of gaudis buildings. the rooms were very tastefully decorated. unlike many of the barcelona hotels, the price included a continental breakfast. - The rooms were extremely small and there was very little hanging/cupboard space.
