+ Staff were friendly, good location meant we could go back at lunchtime for a cup of tea and a rest - Could do with a bigger and clearer sign outside

+ Was in an excellent location with a regular bus service running past the hotel. could be difficult to find so look for the orange sign and buzz (2) for access. - One night there wasnt any hot water for showering. loads of building work going on in the communal stairway.

+ Had a lovely stay, very large clean nicely decorated room with a balcony. ideal location in the city right next to la rambla - Very hard to find as the door into the building makes it look like an inhabited building, and also arrived late due to a delay in flight and was charged extra 27 euro for this.

+ Good position, helpful stuff. - The room we had was pretty noisy since it's fronting the main street, which is very busy at the whole nights. the breakfast was not so good.
