A recently refurbished 12 m2 bedroom/studio space with independent entry access, just 3-minute walk from Barceloneta beach, at the foot of trendy Born neighbourhood and near the harbour and the yacht marina. This sunny space is on the third floor of a 4-story building painted in warm Mediterranean colours and sleeps up to 2 persons in 1 double bed. There is an ensuite, modern bathroom with shower and it is fitted with air conditioning and central heating. The owner provides newly-laundered bed linens and fresh towels in the accommodation. A kitchen is not available.Barceloneta still retains the charm of a true fishermen's quarter and offers a huge choice of outdoor cafes, seafood restaurants, and beach bars. It's a great location to enjoy a chilled-out stay right by the Mediterranean, yet within walking distance to the major attractions.
