The accommodation was excellent, I only have some small remarks on what made our stay a bit poorer. First: the price was very good although the price indicated at venere.com website is oly a basic price because after starting the reservation procedure it turns out that an additional fee of 9 euros for reservation and 40 euros for cleaning is needed plus 150 euros deposit also. What makes paying even worse it is that only 30% of payment can be paid by credit card in advance, all the rest can only paid by cash at arrival which is very risky concerning pick-pockets in Barcelona. Anyway the price is still affordable even with these additional surprises but it would be more polite to indicate these extra fees from the first step of information. nother thing: the building was under renovation from outside so there was noise all day. Hopefully it will not last long.

Appartment was, in fact everything was except for sheets! They were not clean! We asked for clean sheets and we did not get any response. We had to sleep in direty sheets for 3 nights.

We stayed in Barcellona 4 days. Apartment was nice even if not so clean, and in a good location (all services available, near to seaside and to restaurants). I suggest it for short stay (one week)

apartment was in a great location with nice furniture and great welcoming owners...the only problem we had was no running water one of the days we were staying in the apartment...also the hot water is in short supply. nice apartment overall

We did not appreciate receiving an email 24 hours ahead of our arrival informing us to arrive at a different location to obtain our keys. As we were travelling, this is an unacceptable heads-up when we informed of our arrival time numerous weeks in advance. However, the apartment and its location were fantastic.

The apartement was generly ok, except that it was kind of noisy specially at night, beside it was very hard to get to the 3rd floor (no elevator)!!!?? Specially with luggage and extremly narrow stares!!! the bathroom was smelling!! And something was surprising, I was asked for my credit card nr for any damages although I already paid the 200 euros which supposed to be for that purpose!!???

The apartment is in a great location; only a few meters from the beach. Forced to wait around one half hour for staff to let me in. AC was broken, fixed on day 2, but broke again and was unbearably hot for last 3 days. Fans were provided. Staff member Angie was very helpful. Great person! Location is extremely noisy with windows open as beach clubs party until very late. Neighborhood of Barceloneta reminded me of Naples side streets. Loved seeing the locals live their daily lives. Would stay here again if AC functioned. Summer in Barcelona is very hot!
