An overview An old and somewhat shaggy building, typical of the Old Town. Climb a few stairs to reach the flat. The dining room and the two main double rooms have a view to a pedestrian only street. They have therefore lots of daylight. Being on a first floor, there is not too much direct hot sunshine. Its location and equipment make of this apartment the best option for one large family, 2 smaller families, or a group of friends travelling to Barcelona for tourist or even business reasons. The apartment features: 1 single room with two separated spaces for the living and dining rooms. Queen size sofa-bed in the living room. 1 main double room with 2 single beds. 1 double room with queen size bed (very comfortable sofa-bed 160x200cm). 1 double room with two single beds. Independent and fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom with shower and W.C. A second independent W.C. FACILITIES Air Conditioning & heating in the dining/living room, washing machine, dryer, color tv, Hi-Fi. Sheets and towels are provided, so you do not need to take anything with you. Minimum stay 4 days.
