The building:an old and refurbished building, typical of the Old Town, with an iron door. The apartments are on the third floor (tercero), and there is a lift for 3 people. Description: Large double room with a big double bed room (160 x 200cm); double room with 2 single beds; eating room and living room with a large and confortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm); large and nice kitchen, completely renewed and equipped; fully equipped bathroom with shower. Moreover, the apartment is equipped with: air conditioned and heating; washing machine for clothes, dryer and iron; color tv and HiFi music; cot for babies; combo fridge, vitroceramic burners, microwave, coffee machine, toaster for bread, juice squeezer, tea boiler; hair dryer; you'll also find some informatin about Barcelona (maps and guide books), to make easier your visit; towels and bed linen are provided so you don't have to take anything with you. Minimum stay 4 days.

We stayed in 2 apartments. And we have a nice stay in Barcelona with walking distance to The Port Vell, The Picazzo Museum, The Ramblas and the Cathedral of Barcelona.

This was a very pleasant stay, the apartment was fine and the contact persons were very nice. The surroundings is quite central in the very south of the Gothics, and there are lots of restaurants and bars so if you like quietness you will probabloy choose another area.

whe had a problem with the sheet, but we cannot communicate with our intermediary because he speak only spanish.The blanket was dirty.

apartment was fine, surrounding area noisy on friday night but its barcelona! only problem was smell of sewerage in the lift well... otherwise apartment in perfect location

Family of five. Appartment is located on a Very noisy street. Impossible to sleep. Location is excellent. Small rooms...I cannot imagine putting six people in this apartment even though it is advertised big enough. Will not stay here again due to the noise level at night. The lady who met us was very friendly and helpful. This was our second time renting an apartment in Barcelona. Love the city.
