+ The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful. it was a typically elegant italian decorated hotel. it has a lovely rooftop terrace with small pool with fantastic views over the city. - The hotel is a good 25 minute walk from the main drag in barcalona and unless you have a good street map you will struggle to find it. it was extremely disappointing and ruined my time in barcalona, i would certainly not recommend it.

+ The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated - We found it impossible to buy any drinks at the hotel bar as there was never any staff around also the room had no view and looked out onto a brick wall.

Excellent value for a 3* Hotel. Although the information on our Invoice said 'Hot buffet breakfast included' it was in fact a cold buffet but excellent nevertheless - muesli, cornflakes, lot's of fresh fruit and bread rolls, croisants, jams etc. We enjoyed it!

+ Nice reception area, pleasant pool with good chill out music and towels for use on sunbeds! - Its quite possibly the nosiest hotel i have ever stayed at, restoration of rooms on floor meant being woke up by drills and banging from 8.30 am on first morning had to move rooms; second night some stupid jordie lads thought it would be better to stay in rather than go out and keep everyone awake and third morning the maids were playing musical beds from first thing. apart from that great!

+ Room was air-conditioned. 10 min walk to metro station. - bathroom did smell due to city sewer, breakfast expensive . not much atmosphere at hotel but then we were only there to sleep and to enjoy the city.
