Rambla Pad Apartments offer young (-at-heart) travellers: lovers, friends, backpackers, student groups, travelling Wilburies, sport groups, BMX Bandits, the chance to stay in the heart of Barcelona, just off the famous Ramblas. LOCATION: The Rambla Pads are located in the city centre just 20 seconds from the Ramblas, the main tourist area in Barcelona. Las Ramblas, Plaza Real, the Cathedral and the Port are all within 2 minutes walk from our front door. This area is full of restaurants, shops and cafes – the area is plush with sunny terraces and there are 2 popular Irish Bars, Flahertys, and Temple Stone just across the street: as such, the area is more popular with party people.The guests have the freedom to come and go whenever they choose - there is no curfew or lock-out and guests are encouraged to avail of the full kitchen, perfect to cook breakfast, lunch or even an evening meal before heading out on the town. APARTMENTS: We offer 2 different apartments: both trendy spacious apartments have been recently refurbished and decorated in a quirky original manner.Apartment for 2 - 4 The apartment has been uniquely decorated incorporating historic features and modern touches. It has an open-plan kitchen with dining area and table and chairs for 4 people, large living room with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed for 2), and a spacious bathroom with shower-bath unit. The apartment also has a small private roof terrace with table and chairs. There is one large bedroom (1 double bed and 2 extra single beds). Please note: The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building and there is no lift unfortunately, so it’s not ideal for the weak-knee-d. Loft Apartment for 6 The loft apartment has been decorated in a very quirky, funky style. The Loft is a spacious 2-storey apartment and features a large open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area, it’s a duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles upstairs, 1 twin downstairs. The Loft has its own ground floor entrance so is suitable for young guests with limited mobility. Extra Guests: All Apartments can accommodate 2 extra guests if necessary on the sofa-bed, there's a 15EUR per extra person – please advise us in advance so we can provide the bed linen. Please note: 1- Payment only in cash, due on arrival 2- Check in is after 13:00 / 1pm, please call in advance to arrange a check-in meeting3- For late arrivals there is a surcharge: a. From 22:00 to 23:59 :: +20 euros per apt b. After 00:00 :: +30 euros per apt c.
