Super Balmes is a super combination of 2 brand new apartments located in the heart of Barcelona’s centre.In these apartments you can rent a private room and use all the common facilities. This idea gives Barcelona visitors an economic option in accommodation with the opportunity to have kitchen facilities and a great environment to meet people and share information about the city. The design and refurbishment of the apartments have been done with you the guest in mind. The use of space, light, and materials give a very comfortable and functional stay in the apartment. Below is a brief informative description of our New Apt. Super Balmes.ROOMS: All rooms are PRIVATE and LOCKABLE. All rooms are for 2 people and are equipped with 2 single beds (PRIVATE TWIN) or with one big bed (PRIVATE DOUBLE). All rooms have exterior balconies with window door. This is great for natural light and fresh air. All room have heat and fan. All rooms have WIFI internet acces. And finally all rooms are equipped with bed linens and towels.KITCHEN: The kitchens a new and stylish and equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. You will find Fridge to keep you goods, Microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, and stove. (neither kitchen have conventional ovens) There are tables and chairs for 8 people.BATHROOMS: The bathrooms have specially designed for the comfort of the guest. The facilities are all separate. This means one person only occupies one facility which in returns results in NO WAITING ;-). Each apartment has 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets and 2 separate.CLEANING: There is daily cleaning of all the apartments COMMON AREAS. There is NO cleaning of the rooms unless you stay 6 nights or more and schedule your room clean.The apartments are not only beautiful, economic, well equipped and intelligently designed the location is absolutely perfect for those who wish to stay in the center of Barcelona.LOCATION: The location is SUPER because we are located just 5 minutes walk to Barcelona center square PLACA DE CATALUNYA and LAS RAMBLAS and also the metro stops CATALUNYA and UNIVERSITAT, The apartment is located near the main shopping and touristic area. (PG. DE GRACIA, BORNE, BARRIO GOTTICO, BEACH/PORTS) The beach/port area is a 20 min. walk and if you like night life there are also many pubs and clubs with in 10 min walk. Apt. Super Balmes is a SUPER option when choosing a central and economical accommodation.
