great hotel in the centre of the city. We walked everywhere even to the port. Ask the front desk on where to eat. maps are easy to read the only down fall is not a lot of people speak english, we only spent 3 days in Barcelona which we found was long eno

+ The spa area. dressing gowns in room. free water and free safe (very handy) location was excellent. - The good far outweighed the bad. however the room was a little small and a bit shabby (wardrobe door was broken). but generally an excellent hotel.

We arrived very early so the staff very kindly checked us in, stored our luggage until check-in and was helpful in directions to local sites and attractions. They also provided maps and informed us on how and where to use the public transit system which was extremely helpful. We were very satisfied and would use this motel if needed in the future.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week in adjoining rooms. Check in was easy despite language barrier. Staff was always extremely helpful. Hotel location is great-near restaurants, shopping, grocery, bus, attractions. Room was clean and modern....

+ Staff were very helpful and pleasant. hotel was quiet and private and rooms were quite spacious and clean. beds were very comfortable. - We would have liked a radio in the room for some music. the pool was only suitable for two people at a time, but leisure facilities were very enjoyable.
