Apartments Damas

+ Location was exellent! lots of small cute galleries and shops around. a few minutes to the beach and center of the city as well!

+ The actual location of the apartment at first seems out the way of the main streets. but you are let in for wonderful delights of little alleys and amazing shops and eateries. if you stay here i recommend a visit to the irish pub paddy’s lane, and the tapas bar lonja de tapas (both located pla del palau, square off the main st, just an alleys walk away). the city is beautiful. you can pick up a tour bus from the above mentioned square and i really recommend this as you see so much more of the city! all i can say is that i really enjoyed where we were staying. we always felt safe wondering back at night and the locals are always willing to help! it’s such a beautiful place in such a wonderful city! - The map details given with the hotel aren’t right. follow the written instructions, and the room is noisy first thing in the morning. if you are there in the winter months, a thicker cover on the bed might be ideal. plus more than one very thin pillow!

+ The location was great - close to everything we wanted - bars, great restaurants, the best little shops, a fab supermarket...all on your doorstep! the apartment was very easy to find, and its located right next to the big railway station - so we didnt have to schlepp our suitcases far. the metro is also really close. we loved the vibe on the street while sitting on the balcony. the cleaners and staff were so great, and super friendly, and when the elevator broke, they responded almost straight away to fix. the apartment was super clean, and the kitchen really well stocked. we loved our stay there, and will recommend it to anybody going to barcelona! - The only thing that was negative was the fact that we booked the apartment 6 months prior to our trip, and confirmed the booking just before we went on holiday, but when we arrived, our apartment nr 3 was still occupied my another couple, and we had to spend our first night in another apartment that was really small, and no balcony etc.... if the booking is confirmed, and then not availible, we should've been informed.

+ Very very clean, excellent location, staff friendly and helpful. those who did not speak english tried very hard to understand our broken spanish. fantastic location 5 minutes walk to port vell. - Reception is currently being refurbished, as such guests are asked to call a mobile number upon arrival at the airport - we still had to wait around 10 minutes to be let into our apartment.

+ The apartment was in a fabulous location for easy access to everything and everywhere. it is beautifully done out with everything we needed for self catering. it is very clean. the shower is fab. - We thought that the 27 euro charge foe booking in after 12 was a bit over the top we were there for 12.15 and the lady only took a few minutes to get to us so i can't see that it was a great inconvenience to her.although she was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

+ Sylvia was a great hostess very kind and helpful - We were changed locations at the last minute and relegated to a basement apt which was not the original agreement. very disappointed with this occurrence. apartment did not live up to expectations.

+ Very clean, good spot and really nice.would definately recommend! - Could be slightly cheaper!! but not much!

+ Fantastic location,rooms were perfect for a short city break, v clean and new bathrooms,kitchen etc. quite hard to find so get better location details other than the address

+ Great location - right in the middle of everything, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. - Quite noisy during the night - bring your earplugs!!!

+ It was verry clean - The street smells bad sometimes, when you are on the first floor this can ba an annoyance
