Ac Som Hotel Barcelona

AC Hotels AC Som was a very nice hotel. The cost was resonable and although it was a fair distance from Las Ramblas and the beach there was an underground station close by that made it convenient to travel to the different tourist attractions. While this hotel caters to business travelers it is still a good place to stay if you are looking for a high quality hotel at a fair price.

Nice new hotel Area still under development, Very good modern amenities, 15 minutes to city center on train/subway 8 euros on taxi. Big shopping center, movie theater around the corner. Very good hotel if you on a budget.

We stayed at the hotel for one night after flying in to Barcelona and before driving south. The hotel was clean, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. It is close to the airport and Olympic village but out in the suburbs so probably not a base

Although a shopping mall is nearby, the surroundings of the hotel still look "deserted" and dusty as some construction works were in progress. Otherwise it would be a very nice stay for us.

In my view, this hotel gives excellent value for money. However, I have scored the hotel low on location for 2 reasons: 1. It is not close to the main Barcelona metro. There is an underground station nearby, however you need to purchase a ticket for t

very nice servise, nice people at reception desk. hotel itself was very nice over all the only minus is the location (surroundings is under reconstruction so dust is all around a during the day noise comes out of machines). to get to downtown you have to change public transportation which was not ideal but it doesn´t take so long so one can survive that :) but if you really like staying close to where things are going on and you prefere to walk more that get transported by underground then do not stay in AC Barcelona :)
