+ The staffs were so friendly. - The internet connection. buying a coupon for 9 euros and that lasted only for an hour from the first connection. in all the 4 star hotels i've stayed, the internet conncetion is either free or i could buy it for 10 euros for a day.

This is a fine choice, close to the main train station with metro lines and airport train service for 2.5 euros! Staff very helpful. Hotel room was very clean and certainly roomier than many single rooms in which I've stayed. Highly recommend the hotel breakfast buffet...excellent!

- I sent 3 e-mails to the hotel over a period of 5 days without getting an answer. since i planned to arrive very late at night, i just asked them to confirm that the reception was open at my arrival. i consider the lack of response rude and a reason not to visit again.
