+ Everything was outstandingly excellent!! - The only issue was that staff had difficulties with english language. that should be improved.

+ Really impressive looking hotel and immediately opposite one of the gaudi houses. modern and challenging design throughout. staff friendly and super helpful. lovely fresh breakfast selection. well worth the extra money, thugh there is plenty in the vicinity should you prefer to eat out. well placed for metro. it is a short walk. those with heavy or awkward bags may wish to take a taxi though. you can be at the gaudi familia in 10 minutes and main shopping areas in 15. would stay again. it works for business/romantic/modern young couples and funky elders. very reasonable for families too. a very comfy bed was set up for our young daughter at no extra charge. - We arrived super tired and were waiting in reception for sometime before anybody had time to attend to us. we were the only ones there!

+ We had a great room at the top of the hotel with an amazing balcony overlooking barcelona. the room was smaller as a result but it was well worth the compromise - We didn't eat in the hotel but the food did look expensive for what it was.

+ We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the hotel was in an excellent location. - My only fault was the room size for the deluxe double room, and the two single beds in a double room.

+ Interesting design,clean, friendly and laid back - Restaurant menu limited and although we were not in barcelona to watch t.v it would of been nice to have more than 1 english channel (only so much of cnn news you can watch)and tea/coffee facilities in room would of been a bonus
