+ The room had a balcony with an excellent view as stated. - There was still some renovation work taking place although this did not spoil our stay.

This is an amazing hotel. Our only problem was with the billing which did not show the deposit we paid with you. I queried it with the hotel and they said they had no record. On our return I emailed for clarification and they replied that the deposit had been taken into account. The bill did not show it at all.

breakfast buffet still good, but expensive telephone did not work for the first three days, and the employees at the reception desk were reluctant to let me use the public hotel phone for outside calls.

+ Easy reach of very good beach. - The swimming pool is not large enoghu for the number of people. The label of the hotel at the entrance is missing. For us it was difficult to find it.

This is a very nice hotel with a very good location, very nice facilities. However, front desk staff were not accomodating, and there was extra charges for every additional service at the hotel, including use of the pool. These charges were not well advertised and I heard a number of conversations at the front desk where people didnt know there would be additional charges. In fact it was possible to use the pool without paying, which would have been frustrating, if we had paid for it. Instead we opted not to use the pool. Front desk line ups were long and it took at least 15 minutes to talk to someone. Breakfast cost 15 Euros, but there were good breakfast places within 5 minute walk with breakfast for 3-4 Euros. Cleaning and service staff were very friendly, the staff issues clearly lie at the management level.

We were travelling as a family, and were a bit disapointed since the indoor pool was not free to use. Also, we were promised an extra bed free of charge, but had to refer to this promise two times before it was agreed. Also, the 15 breakfast is quite overpriced we recommende any nearby café
