This attractive apartment complex is located in a housing estate just 500 m from the pretty local bay as well as 1.5 km from the beaches of La Mata. Links to the public transport system can be reached within 200 m from the hotel, which offer access to various other towns such as La Mata and Torrevieja. In the summer, the bus comes every 15 minutes (from May until September); in the winter, every 30 minutes. In the immediate vicinity are a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, cafés, shops, petrol stations, pharmacies, a viewing platform and extensive entertainment venues. The 17 first floor apartments with one bedroom feature a king-sized bed or 2 separate beds, a bathroom, a kitchen with fridge, a lounge and a couch as well as 2 terraces, one of which offers views out over the street, the other out over the pool and the rest of the apartment complex. There is no direct access to the swimming pool from the apartment.
