No real interest in us as "guests". Breakfast came in packets - despite a fresh pastry shop nearby. Walls very thin - "activity" next door all too audible. A bit too far north of the city centre to be convenient.

Close to historical center of Alicante. Bedroom very large. No parking. It's god for one or two nights...

+ La predisposición a dar habitaciones exteriores si se lo pides. - tiled floors in rooms and hallways amplified noise from other guests movements.

Lovely place to stay, bit far from beach, very close to shopping area. Easy enough to find.

+ Proximité du centre et des différents transports en commun (bus, train) - my room was next to the cleaning maids pantry.It felt like she was in the room.Rest was impossible.

The spanish are reputed to be one of the noisiest peoples, they tried to prove that at about 2am on the one night we stayed in Leuka! We took it in good heart, as we were only there for a short time. The air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. It did not detract from our time in spain, but added to the taste of the country.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was ok, it did the job. You get what you pay for.

OK for the price, but the air conditioning didn't work and the breakfast was over-priced
