Hotel location is great, very short walk to the beach, Las Rambles, or the Castle. The hotel desk staff all spoke English and all were very helpful in providing accurate directions and information. Didn't do the breakfast buffet, but the coffee bar did provide an assortment of juices and snacks in addition to the coffee. We would stay here again on a future trip to Alicante.

Central position, quite good value The gym is very small and the equipment is very old. The booking website said there was parking when in reality there was none.

Good location in the heart of Alicante We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. It is a minute's walk from the beach, the marina and the shops. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are lots of places to eat nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, so we chose instead to get something from the local shops, which are very close by. There is no lounge in the hotel - just a very small seating area in the lobby, which meant that we either had to stay in the room, or go out. The Town Hall is located in the same square as the hotel, and there is a bell that rings at key times throughout the day - we did find this annoying at times! Some nights were a bit noisy too, depending on what entertainment was going on in the surrounding area. Overall, we would stay at the hotel again, but maybe not for so long.

+ Central location, efficient check-in/out - The room was not very quiet. The noise from the street and the people in the room next door when they took a shower could be heard quite clearly in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay, and wish it could have been for a few days. I appreciate a balcony/terrace, and if I can't have my own, a shared one is the next best. Having a few candies out is a nice touch. I didn't have the opportunity due to use the sauna, but I heard they had a great little sauna. The satff were very helpful with directions and even tried to help with bus information. I really appreciated everything.

+ The only person working at this supposed 4 star hotel was very helpfull despite the very limited resources at his disposition. - This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.
