The room was nice in general, but the bathroom was tiny as in you were practically in the bath whilst sat on the toilet! The location is great for shopping.

We were surprised and delighted by this hotel. Everything about it was spotlessly clean, even the garage floor! The bathrooms were bright, clean and well-appointed with the largest range of complimentary toileteries that I have ever encountered. Beds were firm and very comfortable causing us all to oversleep and miss what I am sure would have been an excellent buffet breakfast. There is a supermarket right across the street which was wonderfully convenient. The two receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it. If I was forced to sound a negative note, I can say that the views from the rooms we had were just of other rooms rather than of Alicante. But it really didn't matter. This is a great hotel.

Only problem was that the staff did not appear aware of the priced we were quoted, and tried to charge us a higher price. Only on producing our confirmation letter did they confirm what we believed.

typical city hotel, reasonable size room and bathroom in need of some redecoration. good location for a stroll to restaurants and shops.parking is an extra charge ~9euros about 80mts away and fairly secure, would stay again
