Not bad Bit scruffy but very central and easily found. In process of being upgraded. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast on roof garden overlooking Porto. Breakfast fairly basic.

Central and convenient location Staff very friendly & helpful Taxi stand very near it Should not be called 3Star; it should be 2star Shower connection leaking; informed staff...no changes made Housekeeping did not give fresh soaps daily; gave only when asked for. Breakfast should start by 7 am... useful for being able to attend the Congress on time.

I have made hotel reservation with a special offer of full boarding, which was in the beginning denied by the hotel owner but finally honoured after a long telephone conversation with hotel.de. I have relied on hotel booking information appearing on the hotel.de website and wish this kind of incident would not happen to other users of your website.

a good 3 stars hotel, average rooms, the breakfast is excellent (ham, cheese, kinds of bakery,coffe, tea, milk, juices, cereals) and is very quiet that why if you want to rest, you must go to Vera Cruz Residential,

Very friendly staff!Perfect location-very central!great for value.shame,could't enjoy breakfast on the top floor-was under reconstruction.would be nice to have not just portugese channels on tv.definitely would RECOMMEND!!
