+ Friendliness of Staff - especially the receptionist who was on in the morning/ Tasty Breakfast/ Centrally located Value for Money/ - The only thing that wasn't up to scratch was the fact that nearly all the lights in the room were not working

+ The cleanliness of the rooms and on this occasion the Christmas decorations gave it a festive atmosphere. - The coffee is poor at breakfast.Also a hot option would improve the standard of breakfast.

+ convenient and good value - noisy air conditioning. hotel staff refused to change my room saying hotel was full. I found this difficult to believe since there were many vacant spaces in the breakfast room

great Porto location Great, reasonably-priced hotel with exceptionally helpful staff and a fantastic location at the heart of the city. Rooms comfortable and spotless, good breakfast room and lovely cafe-restaurant downstairs for food and fado.

Great location and value for money. Right in the center, next to shopping mall and main shopping street. Easy tram ride from the airport stops 100m from hotel. Hotel is clean and in excellent shape.
