No complaints at all , Hotel was clean, staff very helful, very good location. The only very slight thing we could say would be that the vary of breakfast choices wasn't as good as it could be, however they did top up regularly.

Great location get a train from a nearby train station and head to the nearby beaches! In Miramar for example, next to the beach and the passage (by the ice cream machines) you will find the best Bacalhau around! The place does look run down but it is full of locals with great and cheap food!

+ Room was clean, bathroom had sufficient supplies of soap, shampoo etc, the view of the room overlooked Praca da Batalha square which was nice, location is centre of city and easily accessible to the sights. - the lifts are small and slow

+ the first room we were given was a smoking room eith no view but after requesting a change we were immediately given a non-smoking room with an excellent city view. - The breakfast could have offered a more varied selection of items.

Good Value Allow yourself plenty of time to explore this lovely city. It is hilly so bring good shoes.

+ the location of the hotel was good, the facilities good and the hotel reception staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful

+ Situation of the hotel. Also the room though small, was clean and comfortable.

- While I'm staying, there is a big construction in front of the hotel and most road near the hotel.(but it's not a hotel fault).
