the hotel was very nicely furnished, clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. the only thing i would have like different was the location of the hotel. it was about at 15 minute walk (uphill) from the nearest metro station, in a not very nice part of the city. otherwise, i would stay there again.

The hotel is very good vslue for money as I previously stated - and I still recomend it, but this time we were given a room which was extremelly smelling of cigarettes and the airconditioning system did not work.

Great place to stay. Breakfast great and room really clean. The only downfall was the uncomfortable beds and pillows but otherwise I'd definitely recommend it to anyone going to Porto.

Receptionist unpleasant and undhelpfull, room ok even if bed not good (matress...), no real parking space, breakfast disapointing.

The first night I was given an awful room with an even more unconfortable bed. Next morning I asked for a change and they did it whitout esitation. As I was travelling on my own and I suffer from Fibromialgia, that change made the difference! I thank them too for their greeting with a Porto wine, it was supper! The breakfast was very good and varied. I reccommended to my family and friends.

Although we turned up about 10am, our room was made available very shortly for us to store our luggage and we had free coffee whilst waiting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff gave us good info about the sights in Porto, and directions for getting to the airport. The hotel is easy walking distance from the centre of town and has its own car park - a bit narrow (had to back out) but still very convenient.

Great location. Paulo was fantastic!! Definitely recomment this hotel to friends travelling to Porto. Had an awesome time!!
