+ friendly, helpful, staff. - The pillows. We were disappointed that the pool table pictured in the bar on the website was not available because it was broken. Those two things, though, were minor compared to all the positives of the hotel.

Excelent value: 40/night/double room, with breakfast, parking included. Excellent breakfast (fresh fruit, yogurt, assortment os bread rolls and pasteries, cereal and eggs - I'd rate this a 4 star breakfast). Great location for shopping (further up in Santa Catarina shoping street). Free parking (if space available) The room (which faced the hotel street) was noisy and too bright, despite the blinds. Consider asking for a quiet back room. Noise from the elevators and corridors was aldo a minus.

+ Better toilet paper than in many 5 star hotels I have been lately! - would have liked tea/coffee making facilites in the room.

+ Friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff, in accomodating our needs. - The pool table in the lounge was broken and unavailable.

+ very clean - ´Non-smoking' room just means don't use the ashtray provided. But this appears to be standard in Europe.

+ Great location, close to everything. Easy to find and parking was included with the room. The prices were excellent for what the hotel provides. Breakfast had an assortment of food that satisfied us, definitely more of a variety than many European hotel

+ Very good breakfast. Carpark underneath the hotel (there is no street parking.) - The room was a bit faded with a window blind that was broken and so let light in.

+ Nice and very clean hotel, extremely good located. Very good value. - There is no highchair for baby/child, a bit difficult to have some kind of peaceful breakfast!
