I have read the other review for this hotel and they are right. god know where the photos came from, it certainly wasn't our hotel. We got a quad room of which they told us it was spacious, we had to clamber over each others bed to get to the loo, we could not open the door to the toilet fully as there was a bed in the way and we could not use the wardrobe as, yes you guessed it the bed was in the way. The room and hotel smelt of human waste that got worse as you went up the floor. our room was the worst. the smell was coming up from the shower and the sink the shower was not connected to the wall. We have bites from bed bugs. The staff were rude and unhelpful. and many web sites state it has double glazing. well i did not see any unless dutch double glazing looks different. Anyway all was horrid and the scars from our infected bites will stay with us

If you a looking for a very centrally located hotel and not expecting much but a place to sleep, this place will work just fine. The staff was very freindly but this place needs some work.

i feel the photographs were taken somewhere else, because neither myself or anyone else in the group had a room like those featured in photo gallery.all rooms were very tired looking, all in need of a lick of paint.in fact the hotel is crying out for some t.l.c.I believe in speculate to accumilate spend some cash on the hotel and she will give you your just rewards.location good staff friendly, road very noisy if staying at the front of the hotel.

There is no lift and we had to climb 6 flights of steep stairs. The room was dismal, dark and depressing. It looks nothing like the picture on the website. The bathroom was small and illequipped. We requested nonsmoking but the room stank of stale smoke. I would never go there again! Very overpriced for the poor quality of the hotel.
