+ Lift was a great bonus person on front desk constantly we had a balcony the rooms were clean and pleasant the cleaning staff knew when we were out to be able to clean without disturbing as soon as they realised we had no tv they gave us one - If you left the balcony doors open at night the school children may wake a light sleeper in the morning. and the coridors on some floors could become confusing but a member of staff was always about to help

+ The location of the hotel is the biggest plus. walking distance from vincent v g en rembrand v rijn museums,the exclusive shopping street with designer labels and leidse plein. room large with seperate bathroom. - The carpets in the corridors and rooms are tatty and dirty and we had mice in the room the first night.

+ Closely located to the leidsplein and hence a multitude of bars. - The staff seems to be a bit strict at opening the door when you get to your hotel at 4am. also, the bathroom was poorly equipped with the shower located mostly above the toilet.

+ The vincent van gogh hotel has a superb location, very close to everything, but still in a quiet residential area. very good prices. that, however, is the only positive thing to say about the hotel. - Unfriendly staff, worn down decoration, looks old and mingen.
