+ Hotel shuttle very good lovely grounds and veiw from our balcony excellant would reccomend to anybody all staff very polite and friendly - Only one drawback no drink making facilities in the room which really is a must not everybody wants drinks from the vending machine

One of the cheapest airport hotels. It serves the purpose of spending a clean night while waiting for a flight the next day. It is a huge place which lacks any athmospere.

+ Nice decor, clean room - Room was very small for the price with very few amenities. i do not think it was a very good value

+ We found your hotel location good for our onward journey to peru.

The shuttle bus at the airport says Hotel Schiphol and not Van Der Valk Hotel (Van Der Valk is on the back of the bus). The hotel is excellent value for the price.

+ Very good communications - I have got a room not clean.. but it was replaced immediately

+ The lobby looks great and the shutle to hte airport was wonderful. the bar was also very nice. - I was very unsatisfied with the room's cleanliness. when i went to the room, the bathroom was covered in hair. there were hairs in the sink, on the floor and around the tub. i started inspecting the room and when i lifted the sheets there were hairs in the bed as well. i was mortified. i had my parents stay at the hotel, and there were hairs in their bed as well. i did get a new room, but that certainly was not the compensation i was looking for as a result of the inconvenience. it made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel and i was uncomfortable after that experience.
