+ Great Staff, good internet connection and awesome location@@@@

+ Location is very good. About 5 min walk to leidseplein square. Hotel manager is happy to recommend places to visit and will give you a map when you arrive. - The only thing I did not like was the toilet! But hey it is a toilet!! It was just old is all..

+ Good location, clean rooms. - Very basic room; there was no wardrobe or cupboards.

+ Room was very clean and tidy. The room was also cleaned every day we were there.

+ Nice clean quiet hotel, good price and location. Friendly staff. - No breakfast, no lift, room on top floor, overpriced, and bed base was smaller than mattress so that it sometimes tilted strangely.

+ Helpful staff, cleanliness, quiet, pleasant location, TV in room - A breakfast option would be nice. But we knew there wouldn't be one before we booked.

+ Hotel manager is very helpful, he called me to confirm my booking the day before we arrived and made sure he was available at the time we checked in. Also he upgraded our room for a small fee as we had booked a double room instead of a twin by mistake.
