+ The staff was excellent and the location was superb. - I think the price of the rooms was a little steep, but then it was Queensday weekend and everywhere was booked up and prices above average

- The room shown on the website was completely different to the room size given. the room we stayed in was like a shoe box! false impression was given by the website.

A very average hotel with extremely nice staff. The room was very basic but clean, and the breakfast was very poor (an egg and some ham basically). A good location though - 10 minute's walk from the bars with a tram stop right outside. It wouldn't be my first choice in future, but for a weekend away it did the job.

+ Friendly receptionist, clean rooms. - Double room was a little bit small - problem if you stay for a longer period than 2-3 days.
