This recently renovated house, dating from 1910, offers a choice of tastefully designed rooms. Each room draws its name from the colour-scheme used and bears its own individual and distinctive style. This property offers 10 non-smoking rooms and all rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. Each room offers free Internet access and is also equipped with a 32" flat screen television with cable TV. Rooms in the front of the house overlook the pleasantly quiet street and rooms in the back enjoy a lovely view of typical Amsterdam gardens. Besides the fact that the tram and metro are both very close by, Rooms & Co is also strategically located on walking distance from the city centre and the museum quarter. The house itself is situated directly behind the "Stadhouderskade" which circles the old inner-city of Amsterdam. Please note: - If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 % of the total amount of your stay will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. - After accepting the booking, please let the hotel know asap what your estimated time of arrival will be. Check in after 17.00 hours will be on request. Please advise us at the time of booking.

+ Staff very good. Breakfast very good!!! - The lack of elevator and the typical netherlander stairs makes this place not suitable for old people, or anyone having mobility problems.
