+ Good location and breakfast - I asked if we could have a smoking room but was told that (due the introduction of the ban going ahead in july 08) the hotel was now smoke-free. this would have been fine but our room stank of smoke, worse than any i've stayed in previously!

+ ask for a rear room, as there is a church opposite the front, whose bell chimes all through the night - our electronic room key failed to work every day - very irritating

It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the trolley and the hotel shuttle from the airport dropped us right at the door.

+ Reception staff good - Room small and cramped. maid service terrible, beds thrown together, consumables not replaced, lights broken and tv remote not working properly.

+ The staff was very nice to us. the hotel was tidy. beds were very good! - Breakfast was simple. location next to church was a negative. bathroom wasn't very big. i would'nt give the hotel 3.5 stars. think of 3.

+ When i asked for a few items to be put right, they were done that day. when i asked for glasses and a cork screw i was offered tehm without any issues. - Breakfast was a little hit and miss. the bar didn't have draft beer, there were a few issues with the room when we first arrived but they were put right.
