+ Cheap and cheerful. make's you feel you're in the heart of old amsterdam

+ Well placed for a few days exploring of amsterdam, and near the railway station. we stayed in a room a few doors down, not actually in the hotel. this room was a bit noisy at night, but didn't keep us awake, though some people would find it too noisy. i always carry earplugs in anycase for staying in such places - either that or drink lots of nice beers!

+ Breakfast was the best we had in two weeks of travelling through europe!

+ Nice breakfast, great location, friendly staff, very clean. - Noisy location if you are a very light sleeper. not the best toilet paper.

+ We were in an annex a short distance away from the hotel. the room was very small with shared facilities. there was a lot of noise until about 4am. however a nice breakfast and friendly staff.

+ Location location location. also cheap. - Had to turn in and pick up the key from the bar downstairs every time you came or went. shared toilet and shower.

+ This hotel is really close to the station and all the coffee shops. breakfast of bread with eggs, bacon and cheese is included in the price. - As the toilet is in the hallway and the place attracts groups of young people it was very noisy with slamming doors and shouting until about 4am.

+ Location is perfect, very near the red light district. rooms are basic but good. - Beds are very little size, being in center there may be noise all night long.

+ Fair and warm - No

+ for the price we paid it was very good value.would come back to this hotel when back in amsterdam
