+ Friendly and helpful reception staff. rooms very clean. relaxed buffet breakfast, good selection. - Rooms at the front of the hotel not double glazed so trams in the street below are very loud. ask for a room at the back of the hotel!

Beautiful apartment, it had everything we needed! Lovely outdoor area also. Trams are nearby but would recommend having bikes or other transport to explore the city. Only thing i would say it that it is difficult not having a reception on site - if we needed anything someone had to come from the hotel.

+ My daughter and i were travelling alone and felt very safe in the area of the hotel. the location, rooms, and quality of breakfast all exceeded our expectation. the night desk clerk was especially kind and helpful and impressively spoke eight different languages. we would stay here again and encourage anyone coming to amsterdam to stay here as well. michelle s.- georgia, usa

+ The location is perfect and the hotel was so easy to find. we stayed in a triple room and it was a lot bigger than i thought it would be. on arrival at 2pm we checked in to find our room wasn't ready, we went down to reception to advise them and they changed our room without hassle. the staff were very helpful!

The room cleaning service put the clean bed sheet on the floor before change it. And I can find the trash under the bed from the previous guest!

+ Very large room and very clean.the hotel lobby was very modern and welcoming and the hotel location was excellent as all areas could be reached easily. the breakfast was superb and a real bonus - many other hotels don't include it so it made the nova real value for money. i would highly reccommend the nova to my friends and will use it again on my next visit. - Nothing - even the weather was good!
