The location of the hotel is ideal, located in the heart of central amsterdam your walking distance to trains, shops and more. Overall I must say our entire stay ( 7 nights) was great!! The staff was nice and very accomadating of our late nite calls to room service, which comes in handy when everything closes at 2am(6pm USA eastern time). Overall I must say the hotel met and exceeded all of our expectations, especially when you consider that many European hotels arent up to par when it comes to comfort and clenliness. Their rates may be a bit pricey if your booking alone or for a small family but works out great for large groups or friends travelling together. Their rooms were large enough to accomodate 4 people per room plus luggage and the overall cost per person came out to about $50(US) per nite which isnt too bad. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel in Central Amsterdam. Can't wait to go back!!!

+ Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast and a very attractive lady on reception... - The room looks a lot better and more spacious on the website than it actually was. apart from that, it was fine...

Looks nothing like the photos. Rooms very tiny and shabby. We found it very hard to fit two people in the double bed. Awoke to rustling noises in the room quite a few nights, after reading other comments by people on a different website I am now 100% sure we had visitors of the furry kind living with us! Never again - avoid at all costs!

+ The breakfast room was nice. location of the hotel to the train station was very good. - The hallways reeked of marijuana. we had to navigate numerous doors and steps to get to our room. the hallways and room were dowdy at best.
