+ Good, friendly staff - Room gets red hot from about 8am

- One member of our party had his bag stolen out of the luggage room.

+ Free breakfast, and location was perfect - Filthy room. cigarette butts under the bed, dust everywhere. blood on the towle!!! we payed 136 for 1 night here and i will never come back!

Good Location Bad Dirty wc from previous occupant. No toilet brush No plug to washbasin TV did not work, plug obviously broken. Bathroom door would not latch (with or without lock in use) Room at front, noisy from trams.

- The rooms had to air condintioning at all, there was a small air-fan in our room which bearly kept us cool. i asked for a class of ice water at the reception/bar and a member of staff, which looked to be a manager of some type give me a bottle of water, which was warm....discusting. i also seen a mouse run accross the floor one night when i was going to my room. the hotel has nothing positive to offer you.

+ First time using this hotel, i must say this hotel is pretty good. room and bathroom are clean. left baggage service is also good. price could be cheaper i guess :) - None.

+ Great location the room was clean and staff where friendly and the steak house was good!!!! - Rooms where small but to be honest we wernt in there that much

+ I found all the staff very helpfull and polite.the location of the hotel ideal as it was very close to train station and easy to find.which i find important in any new city i arrive in.

+ Open 24 hours
