cute little hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and quiet, within walking distance to a lot of museums and downtown attractions, located in a side street, would stay there again anytime, friendly staff

A lovely small hotel situated in a quiet street in the centre. We were surprised by the Dutch quaintness of it. Do not think you book the Marriott or such. It's one of those typical Amsterdam two star small hotels. Rooms were homey and clean. Breakfast buffet was good, and due to the weather we enjoyed it every morning in the garden. Steep stairs though, but you will get used to that. One day we rented bikes from the hotel, a great way to explore the city. But most of all the location cannot be beat. In a quiet residential street in the centre. Everything at walking distance and public transport just around the corner. Overall we had a more then nice stay.

Good basic hotel. Single room with shower and skylight - very small, but adequate for 1 or 2 nights. Location - very good, quiet road, near centre.

+ Good location. - Manager very unhelpful & rude. hotel generally very crummy but it was cheap & i guess you get what you pay for although i have stayed at of budget amsterdam hotels in the past and this was the worst yet. would not recommend.

Hey, this hotel was really a nice hotel Advantages : - quiet, clean - price not too expensive - very closed to the center of the town in tram or bycycle - breakfast is correct Drawbacks : - the stairs are very small ! - room not really spacious - lugguage room not locked !
