    Beautiful, clean, and friendly service. The hotel offered Internet access for free. The restaurant provided great service for breakfast. Rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Check-out was simple and easy.

    Wonderful Hotel.. Stayed here 2 years ago and was my favorite from our European tour! Great location, near the Museums, Damm Square, Heineken Brewery and wonderful rest. and coffee shops.

    We loved everything about The Holly Hotel Carlton in Amsterdam. It is very central with lots going on all around! We enjoyed the sounds of the city at night. We left our bedroom window open and enjoyed the noices drifting up from the streets below. Our room was overlooking the Bloemenmarket and a lovely canal. We hated to leave. Very clean, excellent service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel!

    location ideal, rooms great everything you need for a few days away, staff helpful and friendly. watch out for taxis outside airport may rip you off much easier and cheaper to catch train. overall fab experience, cant wait to return.

    + The hotel staff were lovely and the cleanliness of the room was of very high standard. - I upgraded to a superior room on easy to book website which looked alot different (better) than the one we got. the room was alot smaller and i would say that it was not a superior room

    Hotel lobby is OK but the rooms seem ridden hard and put away wet.Wretched pillows and lumpy beds. Also look out to be scalded while taking a shower when the water temp sudden is boiling! They offer room upgrade, spend your money on a better hotel...
