+ Great location helpful staff. - The bar at the hotel no longer exists which was disappointing. could have hoovered my room everyday, floor got a bit dusty.people arriving home late at night made alot of noise on the stairs. also on windy night the airvent in shower (room 28) kept rattling, kept me awake, also no curtain up at toilet window which overlooked someones kitchen below!!

+ Excellent location very close to the city centre, price was very reasonable for the location. - There are no coffee & tea making facilities in the room, you have to buy coffee from the reception. the breakfast isn't very good value for money but it is optional.

+ Good location and friendly staff - We requested a double bed with a solid matress. we got a bed with a frame too small for the matress, hence it went up at one end and we slept at an angle. the matress itself was very poor and so were the pillows. the frame was very noisy and overall the sleeping conditions very poor indeed.

May 2008 The ITC sits on one of the prettiest canal locations, but what i didn't know was that they have an annex round the corner on one the main streets. My room was on top floor, up three increasinly impossibly steep staircases - beware if you have mobility problems!! The 'double room' was clean, but small and was duel aspect, but overlooking rooftops of neighbouring properties - not quite the expectation I had. Wireless internet wasn't working and couldn't get through to reception using the in-room phone - constantly engaged on five separate occasions. My bed actually shook a few times and I can only imagine that was due to the passing trams! All in all, not great - although staff were frienly, if not the most useful at sorting problems out, like why the wifi wasn't working!

    - Upon arrival, my room had a window facing the wall at about 10 cm. i almost couldn't tell if it was night or day. which for a supposedly canal view was a bit too much. i then got switched to a smaller room with a view. it was small enough that the mattress was half spilling over the bed. eventually on the third night the third room was indeed the best, but if only one out of three is good, i think you had better tell us the good room numbers. these being n°4, 5 and 6. i found especially annoying the fact there was no one at reception before 9 a.m. i think you should say this hotel is only for people on vacation.

nothing amazing the location is very good 5 mins away from rembrandtplein and easily accessible via the trams from central station which is also near by, although this is not accessible for ppl with disabilities no lifts, we had alot of luggage and no lifts to take it thru, we had to take it downstairs to a small room from which you could hear ppl on the street all night. The room service was appalling no one bothered making the beds properly or tidying up and the toilet seat was broken.
