The staff was usually very helpful with any request. After complaining about a too noisy room (100-level), we got relocated into a much better room. At least 1 free internet access in the bar. Very relaxed house-cat. Location is ideal to explore the inner city without being actually directly in it. Close to Vondel Park & Museums. no permanent ramp for the prem, 100-level rooms are very noisy & seem to be more 'wasted'(just underneath the bar, floor is very load), very expensive external internet provider

+ The room was small but no more than other places i stayed in europe. the staff at the hotel were wonderful- friendly and helpful- especially the restaurant/bar staff. i was travelling alone in that city and felt very at home there. i plan to visit again with friends and will stay there again!

+ We had a wonderful time! all the staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. brilliant location in the museum sector and had an unexpected but very welcomed upgrade on arrival. - The cost of the food and drink was slightly unexpected. breakfast was 19 euros per person and two gin and tonics from the bar came to an eye watering 21 euros! if the prices of food and drink were cheaper, more people would be inclined to use the rather beautiful facilities.

The Hotel is lovely, reception area, bar. The location perfect! Room 106 is very noisey due to the air con/boiler going 24x7 outside and we woke up numerous times during our stay with the noise. The hotel did change us to a different room which was smaller with no bath and we could still hear the noise so we moved back, they tried their best but the hotel was full and it was difficult for them to change us again, I would recommend anyone staying there to ensure you are in a quiet room, we also had the bar area above us and could hear moving of furniture every morning for breakfast. Also thought the price should include breakfast!

+ Great location on a reasonably quiet street, friendly staff. - Stairs are very steep - not a real problem as elevators are available. breakfast buffet was a little disappointing for the 20 euro price - but hotel breakfast buffets are generally expensive. "double" room had two single beds pushed together - don't know how many rooms are like that, and not a problem as it was only me in the room.
