There is a possibility to hire bikes from the hotel for €8.50 per day.Hotel Toro has 22 very pleasant guest rooms, from cosy and comfortable to spacious and luxurious; all equipped with every modern convenience.Please note: - Due to a limited number of rooms, we do not accept bookings from 3 rooms and more per booking. + Hotel toro is charming, quiet and beautiful. located close to tram for easy access to the attractions. after staying at large hotels in paris and london this was the perfect way to end our vacation. - We stayed in the room for three and the extra bed was under a drafty window.

+ The hotel was very nice and the location was good for just relaxing after all day and night in the centrum. the tram is close by, as well as the park. i encountered about 3 different staff members and all were exceptionally nice. i will stay here again. - Nothing to complain about

+ Very peaceful and quiet area. the vondalpark is right beside the hotel. tram no. 2 leaves you at emmalaan which is 5 mins walk to the hotel. pleasant and helpful staff. hotel room had good facilites;mini bar, soap, shampoo etc - There is no bar, but the staff bring you what you want from the kitchen. breakfast is extra at €12 which is a bit expensive when you can get coffee and toast for €3 in a cafe. the hairdryer in bathroom isn't great. it's location is a bit outside the city centre so i would probably stay closer to the centre in future.

+ Bike rental excellent - especially so close to park and my conference location - For a 4 star hotel in holland in april i was disappointed there were no fresh flowers (tulips) on the breakfast tables. also 12 euros for breakfast when i only wanted a croissant was very expensive. should be a mini-breakfast choice also.

+ The hotel is in a very quiet area overlooking vondel park. although it is slightly away from the centre of things the tram stop is very close and takes only a few minutes to reach the middle of amsterdam. the hoel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. we would definitely stay there again.
