+ We stayed in 2 rooms. a group of 5 women and the service we received was excellent. all the staff were very friendly and very informative of the area. - The only down sides to the hotel were, the stairs, my legs felt like they were falling off but this is too be expected in amsterdam and the hotel was not big enough to have a comfortable seating area to have an evening drink.

+ Wonderful staff, everything as advertised. - We were on the very top floor, & lugging our suitcases up very steep narrow steps was not the easiest. (or back down!), also breakfast was basic but on too late, didnt start until 9am.
