+ Perfectly located and very secure what a top apartment!! - Steep stairs!! but not a problem

+ Nice friendly staff, good location, good breakfast. - Hotel room very very small, just big enough for bed and single wardrobe, very cramped. very noisy till early hours of the morning as room overlooked busy street.

+ Very friendly and helpful staff, good housekeeping, quiet room at rear of hotel and excellent location - Steep stairs and small lift but not really a problem

+ Staff are very friendley and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. - The bed in the jaquizi suite is awkward to get into and out of as it is too high and is surrounded by wood. tea and coffee facilities would be an advantage.

+ Brilliant location in the heart of amsterdam, everywhere is within a 5min walk, really friendly staff, very good experience, well recommended! - Stairs were a bit on the steep side to say the least but i hear theyre all like that in amsterdam, it made for some interesting viewing when my friends where drunk!!!! nothing you couldnt handle tho!

+ The staff are very helpful and the hotel gives good value for money. - The breakfast is basic with little variety of food.

+ arrived late and reception still open - open 24 hours - was small for two adults. In other hotels for the same money the comfort

+ The staff was nice, breakfast was good. - I would've preferred to have internet access during the late night, but they turn off the computer too early, not really a big deal though. hotel seemed a bit creapy since i never saw anyone in the halls.

+ The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. the hotel is in a great location when arriving by train.
