Excellent location and friendly, helpful reception staff. The price was reasonable for the location. Very small rooms and TV at an awkward viewing position from the bed.

Room and food very good but found the glass door to the WC/shower very off-putting. Not exactly see-through but more see-through than I like whilst carrying out my ablutions!

+ My room was small, but perfectly comfortable for some one traveling alone. the bed was comfortable, it was clean, and a good value for the money.

Prime location to shops, tram and centraal station. Staffs are friendly and room is clean. Room is too small. Bathroom is small and shower place is smaller still. You tend to bump into things whenever you move around the room/bathroom. The LCD screen is attached to the wrong wall. Viewing from the bed is simply not ideal. The floor creaks and I don't feel like I am in a 4 star hotel.
