+ The staff were the best we have had in amsterdam. - The room picture was different from what we got, it was a bit dated.

+ We had the loft room, it was so cool!!! like a mini apartment. the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. they overheard us saying that we were over for my friends birthday, and presented her with a slice of cake at breakfast...he breakfast was also great. would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone. - The 6 flights of stairs to our room!!! but that is with any hotel. also this is a budget hotel-the rooms are a bit old-but so so clean so if you are looking for the hilton go there instead!
