+ Staff were helpful - Quad room was very basic in comparison with australia. no tea/coffee making facilities disappointing.

The location is the less convinient caracteristic about this hotel. The price is grea and they have confortable rooms. The breakfast available is expensive. The tram stop is 3 blocks away. Service is good.
