Good location for visitors to RAI exhibition centre as close to tram route 4. Pleasant service on arrival and departure. Only one night stay but room comfortable, clean and reasonable size.

This really was a very disappointing hotel. We had booked a deluxe room and on arrival told there had been a misunderstanding - not a great start especially as we were given a small, pokey room, it was dirty and hardly any space to move around. There were loose wires hanging from the walls (would be dangerous for small children/family) - and the bathroom was well, vile especially the floor and shower head and curtain which were brown and there was a Nasty smell coming from the toilet (which didn't flush properly). The lights above the bed didn't work and there was not enough toilet paper (we had to go and get some from reception). The sink constantly blocked up with water when you ran the tap and the curtains and carpet in the room had various stains on them. The breakfast (at 9euros) was very poor - limited selection and no fresh fruit or any variety. When we complained the manager was really rude & obnoxious - he said that we didn't have to stay there if we didn't want to! We were very shocked at his blase couldn't care less attitude! We paid 300 euros for 2 nights (excluding breakfast) - a real restaurant when it was more likes one star. If you want to pay 4/5 star prices for something which is one star, below par and dirty go here but, if on the other hand you would like value for money, clean comfortable accommodation then go to one of the other numerous hotels in Amsterdam. Please don't waste your money on going here!

If there wasone criticism it would be the bed we used in the bedroom. It was very very soft with little or no support compared to other normal hotel beds.

+ A group of five stayed here for one night, and all were happy with the facilities provided,we came on motorcycles and were able to leave our gear in a secure store room after we vacated the rooms so that we could continue touring the city until we needed to leave later in the day, parking is limited, we managed to leave our three bikes outside the hotel but anymore would be tight, apart from that we were very happy with the hotel and the staff.
