+ Great beds and spa and the staff are very attentive. - Normally i have no complaints about the amrath but this time when i arrived at my room, the mini bar had not been re-stocked and i had to wait from housekeeping to refill it. the next evening my room was not cleaned at all nor was the mini bar re-stocked. i had to ask them to sort this out while i went for dinner. am sure this was just an oversight on the rota.

Did not like twin single beds joined together as a double room was booked, and the duvets were too heavy as the room temperature was quite warm. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

+ Check in was easy and very fast. staff in all areas of the hotel were very polite, helpful and friendly. hotel was spotlessly clean. room service excellent. hotel room was a little expensive, but room was very comfortable and large. check out was very fast and easy. - Only that it was a little far out of the centre when the weather was wet. a nice walk if the weather was fine.

+ First i should comment on the location,excellent! very close to centraal yet still away from chaos. even though we had a smaller room on the ground floor, the room was large enough and quiet enough. the beds are undescribable and the pillows... you just have to try them. nespresso machine filled daily and fridge,(thanks for the toblerone). the wellness center was perfect after a day of siteseeing. though we kept to ourselves a lot, the few staff that we did interact with was always cheerful,polite and very informative. we were very happy with the overall experience. - We had such a great time that anything negative was bypassed.

I was lucky & upgraded. Hotel newly opened, but in historical building: great athmosphere Service very discreet WLAN was not available LAN was very slow (ca. 40kB/s)
