This place is a total fraude. There is not even a sign on the door. The entrance is a souvenir shop that is not even open. When I asked the lady why there was no sign (after been wandering around for 30 min with luggages in a snowy winter night) she said that Bed & Breakfast don't need a sign... Well, maybe not, but at list they have a normal entrance. The room is horrible, small and very unconfortable. The picture used in the website is the actual house of the lady, very different from the rooms she is offering. The bathroom has no eating system and there is not even a mirror. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Attention, Warning with the owner of this bed and breakfast. When I arrived she demanded all the money up front in cash and wouldn't give me a receipt. We entered the room to find that there was no chairs to sit on, hardly any furniture, the bed was a sofa which was broken. No hot water in the shower. I would not recomend this bed and breakfast to anybody.

d'Rembrandt Royal Bed & Breakfast did not meet our standard at all. To start with, it's not Bed & Breakfast, since breakfast is not included in the price. Nothing in the street tells you there's a B&B there. The room is below anything decent in Europe and so is the bathroom (not even a mirror or a hanger to place towels, full of pipes). The owner, everything but friendly, will ask you to pay everything on arrival and cash (plus 5% tourist tax). She'll also ask for 50 euros which she'll reimbourse when you leave. Uncomfortable, unpleasant, not a good place to stay in Amsterdam. Only good thing, it's central. Don't got there if you can avoid it!!!
