+ The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist was especially helpful

+ This hotel has a fantastic location just 2 mins from central station, it sights right at the top end of the red light / coffeeshop district and is a five min walk from dam square and all the shops and restaurants. the staff are friendly and very helpful. excellent smoker friendly hotel along hostel lines.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent(but very noisy, take ear plugs!) - The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are very steep - quite difficult to get a large suitcase up there!

+ Center of the dam, friendly staff, rooms were sound for what we needed

+ Good location, breakfast simple but fine, easy to get to and close to all entertainment venue's and amenities. rooms ewre tidy and cosy! - The staircase was quite steep, and you had to go to the sister reception everytime to buzz you into your hotel room

- We decided to paid for the day and just leave the hotel for something else. we did not spend the night there. the rooms are very small, the worst is carrying your baggs two or three floors in a very narrow staits, almost imposible. not help availble, very poor services. good location, but not enought to enter in this place. we cannot recommend this hotel

+ Great location, close to lively area, counter staff very friendly, snack machine in reception for when you got the munchies. - Bunk beds in triple room bit annoying to climb after uv had a few. shower room on first floor bit small
