Bathroom was too small for 4 people

This hotel charges an extra 4% to anyone who wishes to pay by Credit Card. The room I stayed in had no wardrobe (just an open-frame hanging area), no drawers, a so-called bathroom that was so small that you have to come outside it to towel-dry yourself; it was also infested with mosquitos. Not recommended.

+ Clean, friendly, good breakfast, nice quiet location - No twin room prepared, they upgraded us to a triple only to move our stuff to a double room the next day without asking (including safe contents !) all ok but not ideal and still not even a twin !

Worst hotel ever been, it looked clean but so old that it was really depressing, even a 10EUR youth hostel would be better a deal than staying in this place.

Not a 3 star property as stated. This was not good value for money.

+ Very clean compared to other rooms, and a nice bar. - A mix up with paying at checkout left me refunded 150 euros cash the morning i flew back to the states, just a little inconvenient. i'll just save them for the next trip.

+ Really great location, quiet but within easy reach of fun parts of the city. it's basic but perfectly pleasant, and relatively cheaper than a lot of comparable hotels (amsterdam is expensive in general). - Reception deliberately woke us at 3:30 am one night to make sure we weren't smoking in our room.
